In recognising the commitment and dedication of students participating in the Sustainnovation Challenge, the program creators, MCB Business Partners, seek permission from the parents, carers or guardians to acknowledge students’ efforts by awarding them with a ProjectJanus Digital Badge: Sustainnovation Challenge – Emerging Civic Innovator.
The Digital BaDge - What Is It
The ProjectJanus Digital Badge, issued by MCB Business Partners, represents a modern and dynamic approach to recognising and validating students’ skills and achievements while allowing MCB Business Partners to gain valuable, reflective insights from students relating to their experiences during the program delivery. These insights inform the development and investment in further education outreach programs, supporting teachers in showcasing career pathways and preparing young people with future skills needed in the Newconomy.
Moreover, the ProjectJanus digital badge offers students a seamless way to digitally display their career experience, acquired knowledge, and interests to educators, prospective employers, and family members.
This Permission Form informs you, as the parent or carer, about the ProjectJanus digital badge and requests permission for your child to apply for it upon successfully completing the program.

ProjectJanus Digital Badge
I give permission to MCB Business Partners to issue my child with a ProjectJanus Digital Badge upon their successful completion of the 2024 Central Coast, Hunter, and MidCoast Sustainnovation Challenge.
I understand that my child will be required to provide MCB Business Partners with their name and email address so that the ProjectJanus Digital Badge can be issued to them.
I acknowledge that my child’s information will be handled in accordance with MCB Business Partners’ Privacy Policy and Website Terms and Conditions of Use. I also understand that this information will only be used to award the ProjectJanus Digital Badge and Certificate and will not be shared with any third parties without my consent.
I understand that participation in the MCB Business Partners and ProjectJanus Digital Badging is voluntary, and my child may withdraw at any time.
